The Quality Management Tool

The Quality Management Tool provides information and guidance on how to introduce a Quality Management System (QMS) in a recycling facility for the production of aggregates from some type of waste. It aims to help you in implementing the principles of Quality and the requirements of the QMS and the European Standards for aggregates as described in the Introduction to the Quality Management System.

In particular, the tool shows how you could describe your process, as required by the QMS and explained in Product Realisation - Method Statement of Production. It also helps you in introducing the controls required by both the QMS and the European Standards for aggregates, as detailed in Measurement, Analysis and Improvement - the Factory Production Control.

Finally, the tool will help you in writing your Quality Manual, starting from QM Outline - Section 5: Implementation of MSP and FPC (22 kb) [pdf].
